In compliance with foreign trade obligations, companies operating under authorized promotion Programs (IMMEX and PROSEC) must submit the Annual Foreign Trade Operations Report (RAOCE), corresponding to the operations carried out during fiscal year 2025, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of the IMMEX Decree and Article 8 of the PROSEC Decree.
The submission of this report allows companies to demonstrate to the Ministry of Economy their export activities and compliance with the required percentage of foreign sales.
