In compliance with foreign trade obligations, companies operating under authorized promotion Programs (IMMEX and PROSEC) must submit the Annual Foreign Trade Operations Report (RAOCE), corresponding to the operations carried out during fiscal year 2025, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of the IMMEX Decree and Article 8 of the PROSEC Decree.

The submission of this report allows companies to demonstrate to the Ministry of Economy their export activities and compliance with the required percentage of foreign sales.

Filing deadlines:

• Companies with a PROSEC Program: until April 30, 2026
• Companies with an IMMEX Program: until May 29, 2026
• Companies with both PROSEC and IMMEX Programs: until May 1, 2026

Timely and accurate submission of the RAOCE helps prevent automatic suspension and potential cancellation of the Program, as well as mitigate regulatory risks and avoid observations from the authorities.
