Biography

Ruben Morales is the Tax Director for JA Del Río’s Monterrey office, with over nine years of experience in the tax field, advising foreign companies of various sizes and industries including manufacturing, trading, maquiladora, services, and construction, among others to optimize their compliance and tax efficiency. His practice focuses on the interpretation and application of tax provisions, as well as the design of strategies that strengthen organizations’ tax management.

Since 2016, he has been part of JA Del Río, where he has built his career in the Tax area. His experience includes providing comprehensive advisory services to multinational clients and conducting specialized analyses of applicable tax regulations.

He holds a degree in Public Accounting and a Master’s in Taxation from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
