Luis Bonilla is an outstanding Certified Public Accountant who graduated from the Escuela Superior de Comercio y Administración, IPN. He stands out for his focus on continuous improvement and adeptness in leading teams, highlighting talent, and propelling them towards growth. He excels in establishing effective communication with clients and achieving successful project execution in payroll and social security.

Before joining JA Del Río, he showcased his capabilities in notable projects, including successfully reengineering payroll and social security processes. He instituted controls in companies that resulted in precise reconciliations in COP payments. His profound understanding of payroll, social security, and INFONAVIT operations is evident in his management of teams comprising over 4,000 employees. He has effectively led client migration projects and payroll system implementations.

Within JA Del Río, Luis Bonilla has distinguished himself by providing high-quality services in payroll, social security, and local taxes. His customer-centric approach has led to substantial improvements in tracking and fulfilling client requirements and successfully implementing payroll and social security controls. Currently, he serves as the Labor Director for Mexico City.
