Renewal of Registration under the Company Certification Scheme (VAT, IEPS and AEO)

Companies that hold registration under the Company Certification Scheme, in the VAT, IEPS and/or Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) modalities, are hereby informed that they must submit their renewal application within the deadlines established by the authority.

In accordance with Procedure Sheet 61/LA and the provisions of Rule 7.2.3 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade, the renewal must be requested within the 30 business days prior to the expiration of the registration and submitted through the Single Window (VUCEM).

Once the application has been filed, the registration will be considered renewed as of the business day following the acknowledgment of receipt, provided that the company is not subject to a cancellation procedure, in accordance with Rules 7.2.4 and 7.2.5 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade currently in force.

It is important to note that during the month of December, the tax authority observes non-business days due to its vacation period, which runs from December 18, 2025, to January 2, 2026. Therefore, it is recommended to submit the application in advance in order to avoid delays or issues.
