The latest determination by the Council of Representatives of the National Minimum Wage Commission (CONASAMI), issued on December 1 of the current year, establishes the new minimum wages for the fiscal year 2024.

Starting from January 1 of that year, the general minimum wage will be:

• Minimum wage: $248.93 Mexican pesos per day
• Minimum wage in the Northern Border Free Zone: $374.89 Mexican pesos per day.
