Biography

He graduated from the University of Guadalajara with a degree in Business Administration. He has a Diploma in Senior Management from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey and specializes in managing payroll for foreign employees and implementing mirror payroll schemes for expatriates. He is currently the Labor Director of JA Del Río, with more than 20 years of extensive experience in salary structuring, payroll management, and Social Security of international companies established in Mexico, mainly for the manufacturing, services, and software development sectors.
