Biography

Rafael Moriyama is a graduate in Accounting and Finance from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He holds 10 years of experience in tax advisory and transactions, including a trajectory at the Big Four. His specialization includes both international and domestic taxes, as well as fiscal due diligence processes and corporate structuring within Mexico. Throughout his career, he has supported both public and private investment funds, along with companies from various sectors such as consumer products, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, and financial services, among others.

Rafael has served as a speaker in webinars and training seminars on international taxation and tax reforms, as well as a presenter for the Mexican Association of Public Accountants.
