Biography

He has a degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with specialty degree in Colombian Tax Law and International Tax Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia.

More than 19 years of experience as tax advisor for Colombian Companies and groups locally and internationally, in all the aspects related to Colombian taxes, municipality and local taxes, including tax compliance, income tax planning, international tax structures planning, due diligence, and tax risks identification and mitigation. Manuel also has experience on development of tax software and apps oriented to compliance and risk mitigation.
