Biography

Luis Murillo has over 13 years of solid experience in External Audit, providing support to both public and private companies across several sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, industrial, retail, energy, construction, and telecommunications. He is renowned for his extensive expertise in designing and executing audit procedures in accordance with Mexican Financial Information Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and international auditing standards (ISA). He has demonstrated the ability to analyze complex transactions to ensure proper accounting, effective administrative management, and efficient resource allocation. Additionally, he excels in coordinating and training multidisciplinary teams in audit and financial projects and efficient financial project management.

In terms of his academic background, Luis is a Public Accountant from the Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Apatzingán. He holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico (UNAM). He is a Certified Public Accountant accredited by the College of Public Accountants of Mexico.

Currently, Luis Murillo serves as Director of Finance in our Mexico City office.
