Biography

Jorge Sada has focused his career on providing specialized tax advice to Corporate Groups, companies in the manufacturing sector, companies in the retail sector, REITs and wealth advice.

In his experience, the following advisory services stand out: corporate restructuring, transactional and structuring advice on the purchase and sale of businesses, tax due diligence (buy-side/sell-side), as well as wealth consulting

During his career of more than 15 years as a tax advisor, he also participated in leading audits in the tax part of important Groups belonging to the G10 of Nuevo León and listed companies.

Likewise, throughout his career and as a Partner of one of the Big Four, he attended to audit negotiation commitments and conclusive agreements with the SAT through PRODECON.

Jorge is a graduate of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, with a master's degree in Strategic Business Consulting from the Universidad Panamericana, and a diploma in Taxes from this same institution.
