Biography

Johanna is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Católica de Colombia. She also holds a master’s degree on business administration and a master’s degree in human resources management from the Eude Business School. She has a labor law and social security specialty from Sergio Arboleda University.

Dynamic, strategic, and innovative, her skills are teamwork, handling difficult situations, and working under pressure. Focused on continuously improving payroll and human resources processes, she's committed to her team's development and growth, fostering solid, reliable, and stable work teams.

Johanna has more than 15 years of experience as a payroll and human resources manager in countries like Ecuador and Venezuela, as well as Colombia. Her track record has allowed her to manage the onboarding process of new clients, service level agreements, and KPIs. Her experience extends to the outsourcing sector and various sectors.
