Biography

Jairo is Certified Public Accountant by the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos (IMCP). He has a bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from the Instituto Politecnico Nacional. He is certified in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and is certified under AGAFF. And he has experience in International Standards of Auditing.

With more than 17 years of experience performing audits of public and private entities in Mexico and the United States under Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and PCAOB standards. Extensive experience serving clients in the retail, services, manufacturing, wholesale, hospitality, and broadcasting industries, among others.
