Biography

Israel Lugo holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Administration at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

With over 19 years of professional experience, he has played key roles in various Big Four firms, demonstrating his ability to lead teams with enthusiasm and align them precisely with strategic planning. His specialization in Social Security, coupled with his crucial role in the administration and execution of entrusted commitments, has been essential to his professional success. He is notably responsible for preparing opinions on issues related to Social Security, Infonavit, and Local Contributions, serving as an external auditor for renowned companies such as Grupo Bimbo, Grupo ICA, Yakult, Grupo Convermex, CBRE, We Work, Nacional Monte de Piedad, among others.

With the conviction that as a results-oriented professional with a documented track record of achievements, including continuous improvement in operational development, ongoing advances and innovations, increased productivity centered on people, and effective team building.

It is important to highlight his ability to build strong collaborative networks with clients, reflecting his commitment to temporal and procedural efficiency. To achieve this, he employs innovative tools, collaborating closely with the Information Technology (IT) team.
