Biography

Gabriela Gaytán is a Certified Public Accountant from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EGADE Business School, Monterrey Campus, and a Leadership Competency Certificate focused on Developing Leadership Skills: Leaders of Leaders.

For more than 18 years, Gabriela has advised foreign companies across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, IMMEX (maquiladora), retail, service, start-up, and business set-up companies. Her expertise includes deferred taxes, double taxation treaties, tax audit assistance, tax refunds, and other tax-related matters.

Gabriela currently serves as Tax Director for JA Del Río's Monterrey office.
