Francisco Martínez is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the Universidad de Guadalajara and holds a Diploma in International Taxation from the Guadalajara Chamber of Certified Public Accountants.
He currently serves as Tax Partner at JA Del Río, based in Guanajuato, where he leads the services for domestic and international clients across diverse industries, including IMMEX manufacturing, electronics, electrical components, logistics and distribution, construction, and automotive.
With over 10 years of experience in tax matters, he advises companies on tax compliance, IMMEX regulatory requirements, the National Registry of Foreign Investments (RNIE), the application of double taxation treaties, tax audit representation, and tax recovery processes, including VAT and income tax (ISR) refunds.
Additionally, he has served as a guest speaker at various specialized tax and accounting forums nationwide, delivering lectures and seminars in states such as Guanajuato, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes, Jalisco, Sonora, and Baja California.
