Biography

David, with over 15 years of experience, has specialized knowledge in reviewing consolidated financial statements for public and private companies across various sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, and consumer goods. He has also participated in financial and internal control reviews of subsidiaries of foreign corporations. Additionally, he has contributed to audit reports for tax purposes.

During his participation at a Mexican multinational company, David facilitated the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including first-time adoption, business combinations, leases, and revenue recognition. He has also prepared reports for regulatory entities such as the Mexican Stock Exchange.

His experience also includes over 10 years in the practice financial audit in a Big Four firm, followed by 6 years in a Mexican multinational company as head of financial regulations, now in JADR he continues to assist multinational companies doing business in Mexico.

David graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. He holds an MBA from the European School of Business Administration. Additionally, he is certified by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
