Biography

Cinthya is a Certified Public Accountant from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara. She holds several diplomas in labor law, social security, taxes, and legal services, including the Preparation Program for the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination. She is currently a Partner of Payroll and Benefits at JA Del Río, based in Mexico City; in this role, she advises clients both in the country's capital and in other key cities, including Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tijuana, and León.

She has over 18 years of experience in labor, social security, and payroll audits, as well as in consulting and regulatory compliance, expertise further strengthened through managerial roles at a Big Four firm. She has participated in projects across companies in various industries, including manufacturing, construction, mining, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and financial services.

She specializes in social security, payroll taxes, and the review of IMSS and INFONAVIT audit reports. She also advises on payroll processes, compensation structures, labor compliance, and labor and social security due diligence projects.

Additionally, she has served as a speaker at business organizations and international chambers of commerce, including the Mexican-German Chamber, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico, and the French-Mexican Chamber of Commerce.
