Biography

Arnoldo holds a bachelor’s degree in public accounting and a Law degree from Universidad Regiomontana, as well as a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. He has further specialized in international taxation, completing diploma programs at institutions such as the IBFD and the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Guadalajara.

He has participated as a speaker in various chambers and professional associations, covering topics related to corporate taxation.

His professional experience spans a broad range of services, including tax compliance, handling tax refunds and audits, and providing tax advisory services at both domestic and international levels. He has also been actively involved in corporate restructuring processes, including mergers, spin-offs, and reorganizations.

During his career, he participated in an international assignment in Poland while working at a Big Four firm, supporting operations involving investments in Mexico. His involvement in international trade forums in the region highlights his global perspective.

With over 15 years of experience focused on tax advisory for both domestic and international operations across the manufacturing, services, and commercial sectors, Arnoldo currently serves as Lead Tax Partner at JA Del Río’s Monterrey office, Nuevo León.
