Biography

Rodrigo Miranda is the Labor Lead Partner for Mexico and Latin America. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Universidad Intercontinental, as well as postgraduate studies in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO), Executive Leadership Skills from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) specialization through the American Management Association (AMA).

With more than 25 years of professional experience, he has built a strong track record in business development, client relationship management, and delivering strategic solutions for both domestic and international organizations. He has extensive expertise serving the automotive industry, leading complex projects and business initiatives across the sector.

During his tenure at JA DEL RÍO, Rodrigo has actively participated in several prominent human capital and business committees, including those of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM), the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CANCHAM), INDEX, and the Praxity LATAM BPO Steering Committee.

Prior to joining JA DEL RÍO, he held leadership positions within manufacturing and electronics companies, where he was responsible for Program Management, Procurement, and Supplier Development, driving operational excellence and strengthening supply chain capabilities.
