At Ja del Rio Costa Rica we are interested in your privacy. As part of our transparency and legality pillar, we have developed this short policy that explains the data or personal information we collect, how we do it and the processing with which we will work, as well as other important issues related to your privacy and data protection.

Ja del Rio Costa Rica collects the personal information you provide to us, such as: (i) contact information, like your name, company name, job title, home address, email address, and telephone number; (ii) additional information about you to help us get to know you better, such as your sex, age, date of birth, nationality, profession and your identification numbers, information about your use of our products, and demographic information; (iii) comments, questions, requests and services you wish to request; (iv) financial information necessary for the processing of payments such as credit card or account data; (v) login information, including, if applicable, social media account information for login purposes; and (vi) information about your preferences, such as your preferred methods of communication and types of services you are interested in.

"JADR" will collect from "You" the personal data necessary for the proper provision of services and/or fulfillment of the purposes of the "Controller," which include the following: (i) name(s), surname(s), and/or legal or business name; (ii) address; (iii) fixed or mobile phone number; (iv) email address; (v) social media accounts; (vi) tax identification; (vii) copy of official identification; (viii) document proving the legal representation of the legal entity; (ix) distinctive signs; (x) images and/or videos and/or (xi) testimonials on the Clearly Rated platform, as well as their publication on the "JADR" website.
"You" commit to providing "JADR" with truthful, complete, and accurate data. Any false, incomplete, or inaccurate information will be your sole responsibility.

Information about Business Partners and other third parties
Ja del Rio Costa Rica collects personal information through our Business Partners. This information may include contact information, such as name, company name, job title, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. You may also obtain personal information from other third-party sources, such as public and commercial sources. We may combine the information we receive through our Business Partners and other third-party sources with information we collect from you or your team, on the terms described above.
Purpose of processing
Ja del Rio Costa Rica will use the personal data collected for administrative and marketing purposes, specifically to improve the browsing experience on the website and send information of interest through newsletters and other advertising materials.
When requesting personal information from users, Ja del Rio Costa Rica will indicate the purposes for which such information is being collected. In addition, the express consent of users will be requested to register and use their personal data.

Under no circumstances will Ja del Río Costa Rica assume any liability for the content of any link belonging to an external website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of said links or other websites.
Modifications
Ja del Rio Costa Rica reserves the right to make any amendments it deems appropriate to its portal without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services provided via the portal and the way in which they are presented or located.
Rights of Personal Data Subjects

This request must only be made by the lines, email or WhatsApp number established for complaints and claims, detailing the reason that gave rise to the complaint or grievance along with the contact details of the requesting person, additionally, documents that act as evidence of the reason for the complaint or grievance may be attached.
Requests for consultation, corrections, eliminations and revocations of authorization on personal data or updating of data must be addressed within a maximum of ten (10) business days, counted from the date on which the request is registered, in case of not being able to respond to the request within the established time, the owner of the personal data will be informed and explained, in writing or verbally, about the reason for the delay.
Safety
Ja del Rio Costa Rica will provide the required security during the processing of the data, thus avoiding its adulteration, loss, consultation, unauthorized and fraudulent use or access. However, Ja del Rio Costa Rica is not responsible for misregistered information or that the veracity, updating and security of the data provided for their processing are not verified or have technical failures within its collection process.
