Francisco studied a degree in Public Accounting and a specialty in Finance at the Universidad Panamericana, in addition to a diploma course in Finance from UNAM. He has been a certified public accountant before the IMCP since 2011. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of auditing, compliance, financial accounting, as well as dealing with matters related to financial statement auditing, sustainability, and climate change services, fraud investigation and litigation assistance.
He previously worked for a Big Four, developing his auditing career in Mexico City and Tijuana, also participating in the opening of the Querétaro and San Luis Potosí offices. Throughout his career, his positive leadership has been remarkable.

Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, she graduated from the University of Guadalajara. With more than 11 years of experience in finance and accounting, she has also obtained a certification for tax by the Mexican Institute of CPA’s, certification on Costs from the University of Guadalajara and is currently obtaining a certification for IFRS from the Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM).
She joined J.A Del Río S.A. De C.V. in 2003 in the finance department. She is currently an Associate, and the Chair of the Finance Department for the firm, in this function Rodríguez Valdivia is responsible for the application and implementation of financial information standards, and translation of the financial statements under U.S. GAAP and IFRS principles.
Is a graduate of the University of Guadalajara. He has a Master Degree in Tax Analysis issued by the same institution. He is also a graduate of the International Tax Diplomate of the ITAM-Duke University. In 2018, he obtained the CPC certification by the Mexican Institute of CPA’s.
Miguel has specialized in helping foreign companies to do business in Mexico, especially in the electronics, construction and retail industries, with issues like the implementation of international treaties and other international taxes. Miguel was instrumental in the opening of our office in Mexico City and now will be leading our efforts in the city of Leon, Guanajuato, as a Tax Associate.
